A large number of banks are offering liquidity to the transport sector on various terms and conditions. The role of the Syndications Team at DVB is to access the available bank debt liquidity and find the right bank partners to join DVB in its financing of transport assets. The syndication is conducted either on an underwritten basis or on a bookbuilding basis.
The Syndications Team operates out of London and has a global responsibility for the syndication activities for all industry units in the transport sector.
